I’m Abbi, a 22 year-old journalist/PR girl/general multi-tasker from Stoke-on-Trent (slap bang in the middle of England, dontcha know!)

Fashion is in my blood – I blame my Mother completely for my shopping obsession! (But I forgive her every time she pulls out a bag of old clothes and I get some vintage gems.) We still go shopping together, and I trust her opinion completely – sometimes I even listen to her. I fully endorse ‘fun fashion’ and love a quirky item. I have a feeling that my style is quite specific given the amount of Tweets I get from friends about items I would love…

Writing is another passion, and something I would like to pursue in the future. My dream career is in fashion journalism (surprise!) But I’m also hugely inspired by culture and music. Sometimes this comes through in my outfits, but mostly it just depends on my mood that day. You’re most likely to find me speaking to people I’ve never met before about their outfits, and least likely to find me wearing head-to-toe black.

I often wear clothes that were bought years ago (I'm not a 'I only wear this season' kinda girl!) although I will always try to state whether what I'm wearing is available to buy now. This blog is here for people that want inspiration, and not necessarily those who want to shop what's in store now!
