Ok, so this is kinda scary. My first ever blog post on my first ever fashion blog.
Some of you may be wondering why. There's so many fashion blogs out there, and what makes me think mine will be any different? Well, I don't. But I do have a lot to say, and maybe, just possibly, some of you will be interested in reading it. Stranger things have happened!
My background is in broadcast journalism, but I have always loved to write. Despite having blogs in the past, I have never wrote a fashion one (and this is where the people that know me and my fashion obsession say "Why?!") I guess I always felt that there were so many others out there that I wouldn't be able to compete. But there's a little space for everyone on the internet, and mine should be about the things I love. Plus I'm a social media addict. I tweet constantly (@abbimalbon, in case you were wondering...) and love a good Instagram pic or Pinterest board.
So here goes, my first foray into fashion. I hope to make this blog informative, interesting, and all me. After all, they say love is all you need - and I really do love clothes.
